Here I detail special projects my customers have requested I tackle.  Happily each of them turned out rather well if I say so myself.  Peruse the list, check out the photos, and maybe generate some ideas of your own.

Pantry Update – The customer had a multi-level home with a closet located under the stair case in the dining area.  The closet was difficult to enter with a single door, and only a single closet shelf.  So we came up with a way to open it up for access

Missing Sink – The call came in that a sink was missing from the restroom of a commercial building.  We found that indeed, not only was the sink missing, but all the parts:  faucet, supply lines, and drain lines were, just gone.

Concrete Footer – The customer called and tried to explain that his window had a recess under it that had no footer.  The builder had placed a steel plate to support the brick beneath the window, but now that plate was rusting out and cracks were forming between the bricks.  He wanted to have a new concrete footer poured beneath the window.

Bathroom Tile – The homeowner had decided to re-tile the bathroom.The old tile had already been removed.  The floor was leveled, and the new tile was to be laid in the diamond pattern, to a wonderful effect.

Pergola – The customer’s front porch and patio faced due west, getting roasted every afternoon.  The request was to construct a pergola, slatted wood cover, to provide shade for the afternoon, and early evening times.

Water Line Repair – The customer’s newly purchased home had some disturbing history: a water leak in the slab had precipitated moving the water line up to the roof to service the bath rooms.  The pipe showed multiple repairs that had been necessary after freezes had split the pipe.
